Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes how personal data is processed and protected at https://textmotion404.ru when purchasing 404 Tools products, receiving support and using their licensing system.

1.2. The data controller is Турков Егор Владимирович, taxpayer ID 745210827802 (the “Controller”).

1.3. The Policy is based on Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable law. It does not replace separate consent where consent is legally required.

1.4. An e-mail address is required to deliver and restore a license. A technical installation identifier is required to bind a license to the first activated computer.

2. Processing principles

2.1. The Controller processes only data required for specific and lawful purposes, does not combine incompatible purposes and does not retain data longer than necessary.

2.2. Processing is automated and may include manual handling when the User contacts support.

2.3. The service does not request special-category or biometric data and does not create advertising profiles. Yandex Metrica analytics cookies are loaded only after separate consent.

4.1. Data is received from the User, the payment provider and the installed Software. Payment card details are entered on the provider’s page and are not stored by the Controller.

4.2. Data may be shared only as required with payment providers (ЮKassa и Lava.top), the e-mail provider (Почта Timeweb), the hosting provider (Timeweb), public authorities when required by law, and advisers or contractors bound by confidentiality.

4.3. Personal data is not sold or made publicly available.

5. Cookies

5.1. Essential cookies store language, security and consent settings and are necessary for website operation.

5.2. Analytics cookies are optional. Consent can be changed through “Cookie settings” on the website.

6. Data location and cross-border transfers

6.1. The primary database is hosted by Timeweb in Российская Федерация.

6.2. E-mail delivery or international payment through Почта Timeweb and Lava.top may involve transfer to Российская Федерация. Transfers are limited to data necessary for delivery or payment and are carried out after the required assessment and notice.

7. Security

7.1. Measures include access control, HTTPS, storage of secrets outside the public web directory, hashing of e-mail/identifiers, encryption of license keys, request rate limits, backups and error monitoring.

7.2. Access is limited to the Controller and required providers. Security incidents are contained, investigated and reported where required by law.

8. User rights

8.1. A User may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where data is inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer required.

8.2. Consent may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not stop processing required to perform an existing agreement, comply with law or protect legal claims.

8.4. A User may complain to Roskomnadzor or a competent court.
